Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

Unfortunately, sample sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Custom items

Custom items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Shipping costs 

Unfortunately, all shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds for returns

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.

Cancellation Policy

As we operate a made to order model, we are unable to cancel your order if it has been longer than 7 days as your item will already be in production.
