Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

1.Standard Shipping

Due to shipping carriers, delays in shipping can occur that are out of our control, we appreciate your patience!

2.Shipping time

Orders placed via standard shipping will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping Once your package leaves our warehouse, your order will arrive within 15-25 business days. Delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our store's control.

Weekends and certain holidays are not counted as working days.

3.Tracking Your Package

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation receipt. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please, keep in mind that estimated shipping times above apply to the order once it is shipped, and not once the order is placed.
